The Tornado outbreak in the South pulls at my heart. Several friends lost everything and my parents live a few miles from towns now demolished. Though we talk here about creating comfort at home, now many are homeless. My sentiment is shared by Leslie Carothers, a friend who asked me to partner with her to help.
Even if you don’t live in the South, there are lots of ways to reach out & return that good old Southern hospitality they are always doling out. The Tornado Aid Magazine below gives everything needed to lend a hand and firsthand accounts, kindly contributed by friends, of living through a tornado demolishing their home; of the difficult task of trying to resume life while rebuilding; and quotes & images.
